“Very welcoming, friendly staff. Small clean room with all the amenities we needed. Comfortable bed, desk, magnifying mirror, hairdryer, microwave, mini frig, more. The only downside was the very short sink in the small bathroom. The coffee and breakfast pastries and bananas on table under the tree were nice to have to start the day off.”

“We had a wonderful stay and will be returning to this little GEM!! Jenny and Dennis are wonderful hosts. I highly recommend. The courtyard and outdoor spaces are are very well appointed and cozy. I look forward to many more stays.”

“This is overall a good hotel. I know this review isn't going to sound that way but I rely on Expedia reviews and want others to know what to expect. It is very bare bones. There are basically no amenities. No laundry. The wi-fi is basically non functional. No ironing board (though there was an iron). No microwave. “Very close to the beach. Nice staff and clean room. Parking was offered but not enough for all the guests. The owner said we could park at a different nearby motel and the staff at that motel confirmed it. So it worked out”

“This is a great spot less than a block from the boardwalk. The folks at the front desk is kind and helpful and always pleasant to work with. Just a couple blocks from the convention center and the rides. Rooms are clean and good size and beds are comfortable. Plenty of towels and good water pressure and hot water.”
